Yoga for Grounding
with Silvia Urgeghe
Through Yoga, we will explore a selection of postures and breathing techniques, journeying through short tales from Indian philosophy and mythology that will help deepen our connection to nature, the Earth, and her cycles. To ground, to slow down, to find stability, and to reconnect. Yoga is in everything—even in the tiny plant growing between the walls.
Polyphonic Chanting
of the
Mediterranean Islands*
with Clélia Colonna
Mediterranean polyphonic chanting as a collective practice rooted in listening, mutual support, and the interdependence of voices. Tuning becomes a constant negotiation, wherein each voice adjusts to the others to forge a shared harmony. Singing together thus transforms into an exercise in solidarity, mutual understanding, and agreement within difference.
*This activity takes place on both days of the seminar.
Arboreal Dramaturgy Workshop
with Alex Cassal
Participants collaborate in the creation of a narrative tapestry where everyday anecdotes, extravagant fabrications, implausible falsehoods, and personal references intertwine. Everything is transformed into raw material for a process that defines itself as a journey rather than a destination. This gathering is proposed as an experiment in sharing, where writing intersects with performance, and memory converges with imagination.
15 NOVEMBER // Room 44

Botanics of the Body
with Costanza Givone
The adaptation, resilience, and survival strategies of plants serve as a point of departure to investigate how the moving body can create through listening and engaging in dialogue with the environment. A practice designed to experience the body as a living organism, in a constant state of adaptation, relationship, and transformation.

Practices of Encounter with the Plant World,
with Costanza Givone, Joana Magalhães e Teatro do Frio
Different practices and perspectives intersect to explore modes of attention and creation that seek to displace the human vantage point, clearing a path to imagine alternative forms of coexistence.
