Foi da vontade de investigar as camadas de histórias dos hábitos culinários do dia-a-dia que surgiu este espectáculo.
Há um jantar para ser preparado, há uma mulher italiana e um homem português, há uma mesa e há conceitos como identidade ou tradição que precisam de ser descascados e cozinhados em lume brando para se apurar o seu sentido.
It was the desire to investigate the layers of stories of everyday culinary habits that gave rise to this show. There is a dinner to be prepared, there is an Italian woman and a Portuguese man, there is a table and there are concepts such as identity or tradition that need to be peeled and cooked over a low heat in order to refine their meaning.
