O TEMPO DAS ÁRVORES
"ConGerminar" is an artistic programming cycle that weaves together performances, conversations, workshops, and residencies, fostering active reflection on environmental, social, and human regeneration through the lens of art. Drawing inspiration from mycelial networks, the project unfolds through seasonal, relational, and decentralised programming, bridging urban centres with low-density territories and engaging diverse audiences, including school communities, the elderly, and people with disabilities.
In 2026, Fogo Lento continues the ConGerminar cycle with the project "O Tempo das Árvores" (The Time of Trees), an artistic programme that places forests at the heart of the discourse on ecology and art. Through workshops, artistic residencies, community actions, exhibitions, podcasts, and a seminar, the project proposes new ways for humans to relate to the plant world, asserting art as a vital tool for environmental and social regeneration.
